The most astonishing piece of Apple’s new phase of upgrades would have to the the Magic Mighty Mouse. This sleek, clean piece of artwork is what we could be using as a mouse for the next many years (mighty mice don’t get updated very frequently). But I think we could all agree, that we would be just fine with that. This mighty mouse has no visible buttons. It is one seamless polished white surface.
We can use it to click, just like any other mouse, or even right click by clicking on the upper-right corner (customizable to upper-left for lefties). In addition we have the added benefit of the various gestures that we can do on its’ multi-touch surface. We can scroll any direction including circular 360º. We can also swipe back and forth, and even screen zoom. What more could you ask for out of a mouse, and all in an intuitive, fun, creative way. The mouse is also a laser mouse (superior to the optical mice that have the red lights on the bottom). This means that it will work on almost any surface, even glass! It also refreshes more often meaning more precise movement for those of us that need that sort of thing.
The magic mouse is bluetooth and will sell for $69 USD. It will also come bundled with the new iMacs.
