Interbrand today announced its’ list of the best global brands. Apple made it to spot #20. This was a 12% increase up the list the second best, only comparable to Google who increased 25%. So last wednesday, Steve Jobs announced the new iPods for the Holiday season. The basic models with no shocker. The iPod shuffle now comes in a 2 Gb model that sells for only $59, plus they come in 5 colors now. There will also be an Apple store exclusive shuffle that is made of brushed stainless steal which will sell for $20 more than it’s equivalent 4 Gb brother which is made of aluminum. Good luck with that one Apple.
